Why Do We Need Disclosure Reports?

CA Government Code Section 53341.5 and CA Government Code Section 53754 requires all sellers to distribute a Notice of Special Tax and Notice of Special Assessment to the new home buyer. It is critical to have accurate disclosures to prevent litigation against the seller who will be held liable for any damages claimed by the homebuyer.
